Step 1 — Free Discovery Call (15 Minutes)

Book your free 15-minute Zoom call. We will talk through your symptoms, your goals, and which wellness panel makes the most sense for you. During the call we will walk you through your lab options and pricing together so you know exactly what to expect before you commit to anything. No pressure. No obligation.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 2 — Complete Your Intake Forms

Once payment is confirmed you will receive access to your personal wellness portal to complete your health questionnaire and order your labs.

Step 3 — Select Your Package & Pay

Pay your service fee through our secure booking system. Full Service clients schedule their blood draw appointment with us. Consultation Only clients take their printed requisition to their nearest LabCorp. Already have recent lab results from your doctor? Bring them and skip the lab visit entirely.

Step 4 — Get Your Blood Drawn

Full Service clients come to our Greenville office or add our mobile draw service and we come to you. Your specimen is collected by a Certified Phlebotomist and dropped off directly at LabCorp for processing. Consultation Only clients visit their nearest LabCorp with their printed requisition.

Step 5 — Review Your Results Together

Once your results are in we schedule your 30–45 minute Wellness Consultation. We walk through every number, explain what it means in plain language, and discuss nutritional support options tailored to your results.

Step 6 — Follow Your Plan

We check in at 30, 60, and 90 days to track your progress, answer questions, and adjust your supplement protocol as your body responds.

HOW PRICING WORKS

The Purpose Wellness Program has two simple costs:

Your Service Fee — Paid to Purpose DNA & Health

Full Service (Blood Draw + Consultation) — $150

Includes blood draw, results review, personalized wellness plan, and 30/60/90 day follow-up check-ins.

Consultation Only — $75

Includes results review, personalized wellness plan, and 30/60/90 day follow-up check-ins. Already have recent labs? Bring them and skip the lab visit entirely

Your Lab Fee — Paid Separately Through Your Wellness Portal
Lab panel options and pricing will be reviewed together during your free Discovery Call. You choose the panel that fits your goals and budget — no surprises.

Is this covered by insurance? The Purpose Wellness Program is a self-pay service and is not billed through insurance. FSA and HSA cards are accepted for labs. We will provide a receipt for your records.

No — and that is intentional. We are a wellness education and lab testing service, not a medical practice. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. We help you understand your numbers and identify nutritional support opportunities. We always recommend you share your results with your physician.

If your results indicate something that warrants medical attention, we will tell you clearly and refer you to your physician. Your health and safety always come first

Absolutely not. Supplements are always optional. Your lab package includes your testing and consultation — supplement recommendations are provided as a resource, not a requirement.

Yes. We offer a mobile draw service for an additional $50. You can select this option when booking your appointment.

Most clients complete the full process — discovery call through results consultation — within 2–3 weeks depending on lab turnaround time.

Yes. FSA and HSA cards are accepted for lab testing services.

 Yes — and you do not need to order new labs. Simply pay the $75 consultation fee, share your existing results with us, and we will review everything together and build your personalized wellness plan. No blood draw required.
