Cancellation & Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel a mobile appointment at least 24 hours in advance, your testing fee (excluding deposit and travel surcharges) may be refunded.
No-shows and late cancellations result in a loss of the full deposit and mobile fee.
We do not enter private homes. All mobile collections take place in safe, public locations.

How do I schedule a mobile DNA test?

Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes. All mobile appointments require payment in advance, including your non-refundable deposit and any travel or service fees. Your appointment is only confirmed once payment is received.
What locations do you serve for mobile testing?
We serve Greenville, SC and surrounding areas including Simpsonville, Mauldin, Taylors, Greer, Easley, and more. Additional travel fees apply depending on the distance from our office..
Can you come to my home?
No, For safety reasons, we do not enter private residences. All mobile collections are done in safe, public locations like parking lots, community centers, or other pre-approved spots.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable, but your testing fee (minus travel fees) may be refunded if you cancel on time.
Do you offer same-day mobile appointments?
Yes, based on availability. A $35 same-day surcharge will apply for any appointments booked and completed on the same day.
Are evening and weekend appointments available?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, including after-hours and weekend slots, for a $40 surcharge..
Is mobile testing available for prenatal paternity?
Yes. We offer mobile prenatal paternity testing within 50 miles for a flat service fee of $175, in addition to the test cost. A $50 deposit is required and non-refundable.
Are mobile DNA tests legal and court-admissible?
Yes. If you choose a legal test, we follow strict ID verification, photo documentation, and chain-of-custody procedures to ensure your results are legally admissible.
When will I get my results?
Most results are available within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the type of test. You’ll receive your results securely through the Carepatron portal.
Do all tested individuals need to be present at the same location?
No. If participants are in different locations within the same state, we can schedule separate mobile appointments for each person. Standard mobile service fees will apply for each collection location based on the distance from our office. If someone is out of state, we can coordinate with a partner collection site or mail-in option if applicable. Just let us know during scheduling, and we’ll help you plan the most convenient and accurate setup.
Do you offer payment plans for DNA testing?
Yes! Through our Carepatron portal, you may be eligible for a payment plan powered by Stripe or Square. These plans let you split your total balance into manageable payments over time.
