To schedule an appointment, a deposit is required to secure your time and prepare your testing kit.

The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment unless other arrangements are made.

For higher-cost tests, payment plans may be available through the Stripe platform, including options such as Klarna and Afterpay, allowing clients to divide payments into smaller installments when eligible.

Appointment & Fee Notice:
A deposit is required to schedule all DNA testing appointments. Deposits, mobile service fees, weekend/after-hours fees, and any applicable surcharges are non-refundable. Appointments scheduled after 4:00 PM or on weekends require an additional $40 weekend/after-hours fee, which is separate from the testing cost and deposit. In certain cases, testing fees (excluding deposits and travel fees) may be refunded at our discretion if a mobile appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

How to Schedule Your DNA Test

  • Schedule your appointment by calling or texting. A deposit is required to secure your time and client forms will be sent before your visit.

  • Attend your appointment for professional sample collection. Most appointments take about 20–30 minutes.

  • Receive your results through the secure client portal and/or by mail, typically within 2–3 business days depending on the test.
